Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the process for cancelling or seeking a refund for a service purchased through the Platform.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order.
- The cancellation request will be reviewed once the seller/merchant listed on the Platform has verified the order. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the service.
Service Quality Concerns:
- If you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the service.
- Our customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Warranty-Related Complaints:
- For services that come with a warranty, complaints related to the service quality will be addressed as per the warranty terms.
Refund Processing:
- In the case of refunds approved by ENLEARN ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed and returned to you.
